The club COW BELL may be awarded, by majority vote to a member who by his/her actions has done something (i.e. bonehead move) at a club function to deserve the award.
The responsibility of the COW BELL recipient shall display the cow bell in any vehicle that the member drives in the following month. If a member catches the recipient without the cow bell, the recipient owes the member dinner at the next meeting.
