Clinic – Dennis, Ric, and Ellen:
Ellen commented that Event B stopped taking their fee from the ticket sales and is billing their fee separately. Their cost was $87.50. We will reevaluate them for future business.
Pay Pal fees are expected to be about around 3% of ticket costs.
We have 39 or 40 vehicles for the May Clinic with several double drivers.

Election Chair is CJ. He is still working on finding replacements for the upcoming election.
Magnus is still evaluating having a speaker from 4 Wheel Parts at the May Safety Clinic and plans to discuss with the team at the General Meeting this month.
